Savannah picked as nation’s third spookiest city

According to a new survey by travel dating site, MissTravel.com, frequent tourists deem Savannah the third top spookiest city in America.

To find out where chill seekers should head this season, MissTravel.com asked 34,702 members which city in America is most haunted in an open form survey. Members were also asked which city has the spookiest Halloween activities. The site ranked the cities based on percentage of votes.

New Orleans and Charleston finished first and second just ahead of Savannah and Key West, Fla.

“These cities are known for their haunted histories, and people who want a true spook won’t be disappointed while visiting,” said MissTravel.com founder and CEO Brandon Wade.
