GRANITE Bar & Restaurant to open Thursday
GRANITE bar and restaurant will open its doors Thursday, the latest addition to the Liberty Street corridor.
Located at 300 Drayton St., on the corner of East Liberty Street, GRANITE will feature a multicultural menu including Greek lamb and Brazilian steak skewers and shareable entrées.
Co-owners Aurash Kheradmandi and Brandon Waters spent more than a year gutting the 12,000-square-foot space, a former men’s clothing store and gelato shop at the base of a four-story brick building.
The restaurant will seat 72 and also accommodate live music. GRANITE will serve lunch daily from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and dinner is served from 5-11 p.m.
