Savannah Harley-Davidson hosted a groundbreaking Wednesday to celebrate the construction of their new dealership at Highway 204 and I-95.
The five-acre tract will include a retail and service area in addition to a 50,000-square-foot rider safety training area.
The building will be composed of pre-cast concrete panels – manufactured off site – to speed up the construction process, reduce waste on site and ensure an environmentally- and energy-efficient structure.
The project is expected to be finished in June 2015.
The dealership also has a location on River Street in Savannah, along with the Golden Isles Harley-Davidson in Brunswick.
