Chaplain named Family Readiness Service Member of the Year

Maj. Brannon Bowman was awarded the Family Readiness Service Member of the Year award. Bowman is a chaplain in the Georgia Air National Guard serving the 165th Airlift Wing, Savannah’s Combat Readiness Training Center, 165th ASOS, 117th Air Control Squadron and the 224th Joint Communications Squadron. He is recognized for his commitment and dedication to the overall mission of the Georgia National Guard and in particular, that of deployed service members and the families they leave behind while serving overseas.
